I've watched Nicky Hilton's hair over the years, and I have always been confused by how hideous it always looks. She bounces from two extremes - Inkell Brown and Straw Blonde. And neither suit her.

The terrible one-dimensional color, funky in-between texture, scraggly layers, and frizz on the crown really set the Bad Hair Czar into a talespin. Did she even blow dry it? Doesn't she have $20 to spare for a round ceramic brush? She needs to visit Jennifer Aniston's colorist STAT!
I definitely think Nicky Hilton will be a Bad Hair Day regular.
